Kanoa Transportation
Objectives: The project scope included an identity and website design refresh. Kanoa Transportation is a locally owned business that provides luxury black car service across the island of Oahu. Kanoa’s website needed to be optimized for bookings, convey fleet specs, and demonstrate their customer experience within multiple touchpoints throughout the site.
Deliverables: Kanoa Transportation’s website is mobile responsive, and has been optimized for organic searches, reservations and customer service. The fleet of vehicles is easily viewed and reserved by customers; an introductory video was created in collaboration with Wayde Fishman; content was refreshed; and reviews from Google, Tripadvisor, and Yelp are easily viewed within a dedicated page on the site.
1000 Thread Films
Objectives: The project scope included a brand identity and website. 1000 Thread Films is a San Francisco Bay Area documentary company that has produced films about visual and performing artists since 2005. They needed a cinematic home for their filmography and their feature-in-production, The Art of Memory, one that could carry trailers, film pages, and the company’s story while feeling as crafted as the films themselves.
Deliverables: 1000 Thread Films’ website leads with the featured documentary and its trailer, presents the full filmography with stills and dedicated film pages, and tells the studio’s 25-year story. Built around a woven-thread motif and a warm California palette, it is mobile responsive and optimized for organic search, pairing Oswald and League Gothic typography with a dark, cinematic layout that lets the work take center stage.
