We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can initiate a claim on your behalf.
To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If an item has been opened, used, damaged, returned without its original packaging, or is no longer in resellable condition, the return may be denied or a partial refund may be issued.
Approved refunds are subject to a 6% return processing fee to help cover non-refundable credit card and transaction fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived incorrect or was damaged in transit and the related damage claim is approved.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return questions at hello@artandanthropologypress.com.
We take great care in packaging every order, and all shipments are insured against loss and damage through Shopify Shipping. Claims are administered by Shipsurance.

Claims for shipping damage may be denied if the original packaging is not available for inspection. Art & Anthropology Press cannot guarantee reimbursement in cases where packaging has been discarded.
Once a claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Claim processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, incorrect, or if part of your order is missing.
If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 6% return processing fee and any non-refundable shipping charges, when applicable.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
